# 日記本設定說明

## 基本資料

請依照頁面提示，輸入或選擇各項基本資料，包括：

* 日記本名稱
* 關於日記本的描述
* 使用年級
* 使用人數（預設為30人，建議選擇比實際班級人數多約5-10人）
* 標籤顏色
* 使用者語言

若不小心輸入錯誤，之後也可以修改。

## 日記本的使用期限

平臺預設日記本沒有使用期限，但是老師可以依據使用需求設定，例如以學年為單位。

請注意，若是要設定使用期限，預設的結束時間為日記本創建後的一年，請記得更改為希望的結束時間。

## 提交設定

平臺提供日記本兩種提交設定，分別為：自動提交及學生完成日記後點選「分享」才會提交日記。建議使用平臺預設的自動提交，當學生完成日記後會自動提交，以避免學生因為忘記提交而導致教師無法閱覽日記內容，減少提醒所耗費的時間。

## 通知設定

教師可選擇是否要接受系統的通知，並選擇自己希望的通知時間。系統的通知有以下三種：

* 有學生提交日記
* 學生情緒狀況彙整
* 色情、暴力，或出現極端字眼

提交日記可以選擇立即通知，或是其他四個通知時間，另兩項通知則可以由四個通知時間選擇一項，若不需要系統通知，則取消勾選即可。
